Responsibilities:
• Preparing content for company websites
• Preparing marketing and promotion emails
• Preparing company news articles and press releases
• Participate in identification and development of marketing initiatives and promotional materials
• Contribute to establishing new partnerships
• Ensuring the accuracy and correctness of all online and offline content
• Help to electronically distribute a range of informative publications through various electronic means
• Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all online and offline properties
• Keep current with emerging trading news through relevant blogs and events
• Keep well informed of competitor marketing initiatives and promotions
• Assure online and offline information is archived for future needs and reference
• Work cooperatively with key team members
• Copy, edit and proofread all web content
• Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
• Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment
Number of persons required:1
Qualifications required:• University Degree in Marketing, Corporate Communication or similar
• Minimum 1 – 2 years experience
• Experience in FX/finance industry
• Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage

Responsibilities:
Processing and monitoring client deposits
Investigating and processing client withdrawal requests
Processing internal and external transfers

Ensuring compliance with the company’s anti-fraud policy by conducting thorough investigations
Conduct security checks of clients via telephone, request additional documentation and communicate with banks and processors
Checking KYC documents and activating accounts
Processing and proceeding with affiliate payments
Generating accurate daily net deposit reports
Assisting clients with general finance inquiries
Processing payments for VPS
Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

Responsibilities:
Deal directly with clients through phone, email and/or live chat
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries correctly
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving them accordingly
Record details of all inquiries, comments and complaints
Communicate and coordinate issues with other departments
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated person/department
Assisting new clients with the account opening process
Provide client with relevant information regarding the website, promotions and products
Communication precise and correct information at all times
Inform clients via their account of any changes that concern them
Be an ambassador for the company and provide high level service through the necessary channels
