Receive industry-leading training Present, Promote and Sell Gan Direct products over the telephone Participate in outbound campaigns aiming to promote and sell company products Efficiently handle policy needs, inquires and complaints and ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one Assist our policyholders in understanding the coverage they have or may need and offer additional insurance products to them Perform customer verifications and ensure customer information is always correct and up-to-date Receive coaching and feedback to help you further develop your skills Requirements: University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications or similar Insurance qualification will be considered an advantage Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and sales Energetic, enthusiastic and driven by sales Greek and English (speaking, reading, writing) Ability to work under pressure Meeting sales targets oriented Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point) Woking Hours: Shift rotation 08:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 20:00, Monday to Saturday.
