MTN Business: Office Administrator (Nicosia)

The role:
We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced individual for the position of Office Administrator in MTN Business, Nicosia offices.
Responsibilities: 
  • General office administration for MTN Business center (receiving guests, customer hospitality while in the office, responsible for all required supplies and stationery).
  • Administration of procurement documentation and interaction with finance.
  • Administration support for all Customers and Suppliers during business hours.
  • Administration support for all employees of MTN Business (travel, claims, etc).
  • Administration of internal meetings, presentations, action points and follow up.
  • Reviews all escalated customer cases and informs Director accordingly.
  • Any other task to be assigned by Director MTN Business.
Knowledge/Education:
  • Secondary School Final Certificate.
  • College Diploma in office Administration will be considered as an advantage.
  • At least 3 year experience with similar responsibilities.
  • General secretarial and administrative skills experience.
  • Excellent command of MS Office.
  • Fluent written and spoken Greek and English.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated and self-learner.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Creative in work.
  • Communication skills & relationship builder.
