Master Scheduling Associate

Our thirteen separate manufacturing sites are designed to fully comply with European and WHO current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
We invite applications from highly qualified and motivated professionals for the position of Master Scheduling Associate based in Limassol, Cyprus. Master Scheduler is responsible for the optimization of inventory planning to meet service, cost and service level objectives. 
    • Coordinate the production workflow for one or multiple products – review the sales order book.
    • Create and maintain a constrained production schedule and ensure raw material availability.
    • Create efficient scheduling processes or methods so as to attain production goals.
    • Handle all production issues in a way that it doesn’t hinder production and delivery.
    • Identify issues or areas of improvement and suggest alternative ways to improve the existing processes.
    • Collect and analyse data and use software to generate production reports.
    • Ensure that company deadlines are met.
    • University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Operational Research or any other related field. A post graduate degree will be considered an asset.
    • Previous experience in the field of production or supply chain will be considered as an advantage.
    • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Excellent organisational and numeracy skills.
    • Strong computer literacy.
    • Fluency in Greek and English language.
