Dickran Ouzounian & Co. Ltd., distributors for TOYOTA & LEXUS in Cyprus, enjoying a leading position in the automotive industry, seeks to recruit a high calibre professional for the position of Marketing & Customer Experience Manager to be based in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will champion effective and efficient brand aligned marketing efforts through all communication channels and customer touch points during an exciting period of transformation as we move from an automobile company to a mobility company.

THE POSITION

The Marketing & Customer Experience Manager who will be reporting to the Managing Director will be expected to:

Plan, organise, and direct the Toyota & Lexus marketing operations of the company in order to enhance the business, customer experience and brand desire.
Develop and implement an omnichannel approach to marketing and the customer experience.
Ensure that customers receive first-class service via all channels whilst maximising sales by inspiring, coaching and managing the team to continually improve performance and quality, and using feedback to challenge and drive changes to company-wide processes and policies to provide a better customer experience.
Promote excellent customer and public relations in order to enhance the trust and image of the company.
REQUIREMENTS

University Degree in Marketing or related field. Post-graduate business degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and / or retail customer relationship building experience.
Digital marketing experience is important including understanding of SEO/SEM, display, website, Google tools, social advertising, etc.
Good knowledge and passion for automotive technology and emerging technological and business trends.
Strong financial and human resources management, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
Provide effective leadership to enhance communication, teamwork, engagement and to nurture, coach and develop team members to attain high motivation and performance.
Strong customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity and business ethics.
Resilience, agility, and strong work ethics in a dynamic and quickly evolving technological environment.
Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, determination, and high levels of personal and organisational achievement.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
Plan and organize time, activity levels and resources to achieve targets.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
